The author of this poem entered a contest given only the accompanying picture, “Contradictions of Being” by Neena Sethia.

If I were to write anything based off of a picture, I wouldn’t be as direct as Kapoor was with this one.

But she wrote fantastically otherwise.

Maybe the title of the picture aided her.

Smart. Clever.
